How can I receive my refund when seller isn't replying

I bought something from a seller and paid extra for 1 day delivery I believe on the 15th March, I have heard nothing from the seller since I paid and am now seeing that the seller hasn’t been active on Fiverr for over 2 weeks now. How can I get my money back?

you can cancel your order and after 48 hour it will be automatic refund if the seller still not respond.

Yes you can. After order cancelation, you have to wait 48 hours. But if the seller not reply to you. Best option : Please discuss about the work with seller. But it’s upon on you .
