I accepted a gig to review a screenplay for twenty-five dollars. I completed the task successfully, but have heard nothing from the customer - no ratings, etc. How do I know if I did an satisfactory job or not?

If customer wasn’t angry while your communication with them or wasn’t being picky and critical, then it surely it’s satisfied.

Don’t further message them into writing a review and specially asking for a feedback through inbox: asking for reviews and/or private review are both against Fiverr ToS.
