Buyer refuses to pay for commercial use rights

So the problem is that the buyer mentioned he will use the picture he ordered in commercial purposes after purchasing the gig and now he refuse to pay for the rights. I didn’t find any seller support I could’ve ask for help. What should I do?
Honestly, I ask only 5$ for that so I mostly don’t care about it but all this argue made me angry and I don’t want the buyer to get away with it.

Only way I can think of is, once they use it commercially, report it to Fiverr (and to whatever platform it appears on, ex: YoutubeSupport). Did your buyer state why they don’t want to? If they don’t think they need it or don’t understand, you might have to educate them as to why it is needed.
