Have a look at the messages you’ve responded to in the last 60 days and how long it took you to respond to them. If you take the average, check it equals the figure it shows, when rounded to the nearest hour. If it’s wrong you can contact CS to fix. It might be that message(s) that you responded to sooner went out of the 60 day window or you recently took a long time to respond to message(s).

It would be better Fiverr added an option to see what amounts went into the calc but they don’t.
