What happens to the review of a completed order if it gets cancelled after completion?

I usually hear most people saying “My completed order got cancelled”, I want to know what happens to the review that they had got for the order ?

Are you talking about an order that the buyer accepted and paid for?

If so, I have heard that even though the order is completed and paid for there have been buyers who do a chargeback yet the review stays.
