Account access appears to be restricted in Payoneer

please advice as my payoneer account cannot be logged in and it gives this message that " Account access appears to be restricted". I tried every way out, but still cannot retrieve my account.

@rakib_sopan i tried, sent my recent documents once they asked for. but they dont responding. i even tried to reach them by facebook & twitter. same things happening, only some bot messages and email auto reply they sending

I also facing the same problem, please guide us. Its very irritating . I did everything to overcome this issue. Is there any solution?
