Message reviewed warning thing

Hello i want to ask i send a text to a buyer whos message was in my spam folder since Wednesday. And i saw it today and replied him with this. " If you’re going to ask me to work outside of fiverr or offer me any job which is not related to my gigs sorry i am not interested " and when i send it showed with a small red warning sign. And written your message was reviewd and approved.
Is that something i should be worried about??? Or everything is fine.

It’s nothing to worry about if it’s been approved, and you didn’t do anything wrong.
Saying “outside of Fiverr” will auto-flag it. Next you could say "Sorry I can only work on Fiverr’ or something like that so it won’t get flagged.
