Withdrawal Options Disabled Fiverr Support not helping

i am a level 2 seller recently i was trying to withdraw funds from fiverr it says " WITHDRAWAL OPTION DISABLED." when i contacted customer support they replied
"It appears as though your withdrawal access has been temporarily disabled due to an ongoing issue with one or more of your orders. For security purposes, our team will not be able to disclose which order(s) this is in relation to, however, we would encourage you to review your recent orders to confirm that your buyers have been fully satisfied, and their requests have been attended to. If you have any orders that are marked as Completed but are still going through additional modifications, we would also recommend checking those orders as well to ensure those projects are being completed as well.

i than told them the person. who have filed a complaint kindly refund them their money but now fiverr is not replying

Same issue here. I already messaged on customer support. Nobody reply to me. @arbabshujaat98 Did you solve your issue?
