Just want to add here that my assumptions were correct. After just a few hours or so, I received email from fiverr that my W-9 was approved. I went back to my account and now the publish gig button is no longer greyed out. Now my gig is open for business. Hope this helps.

Its kind of annoying that no one has really answered this.  I had the same problem.

There was a hiccup with my w9.  Once that was resolved I had to step through all of the gig edit pages to the last page and then I was presented with the publish button.

Fiverr needs to spend some money and hire PROFESSIONAL developers instead the ones they have.  There are all kinds of quirks with this system that anyone with an ounce of sense would not do.....including making me go through ever page of the gig to edit 1 silly thing or to find the publish button.

You need to verify your Phone Number. Have you received code to verify your phone number? If not do it! Then click on the Gig Publishing! It will be solved! Best Wishes

Are you sure that you are Fluent in English? Asking because you cannot understand the simple English..

Did you even read the message in the red bar? Kindly re-read it and follow that..

It happened to me as well. The form was filled out so many times, I refreshed and changed browsers. There is a problem here. It only took me one day after all this to create my first gig. As I realized, my process wasn't the problem. I just happened to notice it. Maybe try again tomorrow. And Watch my problem.

select a small niche and publish your gig I hope it's publish

this issue is really frustrating. I'm using a different phone number just for this purpose which is in a samsung tablet. it takes to me verify phone number, once I scan on send link, both take me to website, it asks me to login and it won't still publish. Its been 5 days, I'm trying to publish gig and its not easy to publish.

It has nothing to do with W9. I'm compliant already. 
There's the 302 error in the publish API. No response message, only 302 status code. It's a shame that some staf members are stil referring to tutorial videos, it's like saying we're stupid people.  Quite disrespectful to every user of fiver.
