Cancelation of order in fiverr

Hi.
Today one of my order canceled.
But my app shows that I canceled 2 orders.
In real I canceled only one order worth of $40
Now my app shows - $64
Why is this happening?

The order completion rate is for 60 days. So you most likely canceled 2 orders within the past 60 days, the order you mentioned and an older one.

the worth of the order was $40

But is shows 2 canceled orders and -$64

Do i need to pay?
