What will 1099 show?

Does anyone know exactly what will be reported on the 1099 tax form? Will it be only earnings withdrawn from Fiverr that given tax year, or all earnings whether or not it has been withdrawn? More specifically, can we delay withdrawing Fiverr earnings until after the new year for it to be reported the following year?
