Fiverr give daily 10 “buyer request” offer sent option. Can I get more “buyer request”?

Fiverr tries to keep things fair even if it is not. everyone gets 10 buyer offers so it seems fair that you have some shot at getting a work. But in the end what we see is 150+ people submit their offers and the best reputated people get the job. So no you cant have more than 10 buyer offers.
