My account temporary disabled for Verification. But why is it taking so much time or it's a bug problem?

Hi, It has been 4 days since my Fiverr account temporary disabled because of id verification. I submitted my id and photo and its shows that "they let me in ‘shortly’ but I waited 2 days, nothing happens after that I contacted CS for this issue, and they provided a link to verify it again, I summited all things again and its shows that "they let me in ‘shortly’. I waited a day but nothing happens. Is that a bug or I don’t think so its quality problem of my id or photo. I don’t know what to do next, and I am so disappointed now. Its really horrible for me and my clients because I can’t sell or received orders and my gig are denied now. Now I have just hope That all. 😪
