Problem in bank transfer from 14 days

I ask for the first time bank transfer to my old payoneer account.but its 14 days passed the money doesnt transfer to payoneer yet.it is still visual in fiverr. If i apply for new bank transfer it shows “i have already applied for the transfer”.the transfer got stuck some where.there is no respond from thw support.how to clear the transfer or cancle it?
