I tried to add a comment to a previous customer who claimed rightly so that your site customer support absolutely sucks. I am a first time user and considering dumping Fiverr because your help system is designed so that your clients can’t get to you with a question. Smart but it will backfire.

Secondly I am wanting to deal with a number of people offering services on Fiver. It would be of GREAT HELP if whenever their “window” opens up for anything during “communications”, there should be a little window and in that window should be the image that is their advertisement image. Now I have to go back to the start, and find the image, open it up to check the name of the artist. An absolute pain in the neck. AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!
