It's been 4 months and no order has been received even though I am a Level 1 seller

I was getting orders regularly and also daily 3 to 4 message or more than 4 sometimes
Now its been 4 months I just got 2 orders.
Also as a video editor, I was on the first page of Fiverr in just a few days and then I just lost my gig rank.

I just need some instructions and tips which can help me in improving my sellings again.
Also one thing more I tried to change tags also it didn’t work for me 😶
