Adding a Gig posting

I wrote a Gig today. I can’t get a Cover Photo to actually show up. No matter what size I make it, it won’t post.

Today I got the message in a red bar at the top of the page that said:

"Cover scaling ratio cover scaling ratio in the wrong format

Cover crop coordinates crop coordinates in the wrong format"

Does anyone know what this means?

Many categories do not allow a cover photo AND they are not a requirement.
