After order delivery, can the client give me a bad or good review if i send order cancel request.

That I think it is a modification of order.

Actually review depends up to you below 1-2 points.

1. Work quality ( you also know good works take good review)
2. Relation between you and your buyer.

I think you should discuss with buyer first detail about it. Then you will can know that buyer is positive or negative.

If buyer give you permission, absolutely you can do it.

Actually I can not tell you or suggest you for cancel the order.

But if you want or if you need to cancel the order by yourself, in this case you will send cancel request first.

This will be mutual cancellation. Mutual cancellation is better for you than buyer cancellation.
