Level 1 seller 30 days ACTIVE or Since i joined?

i have been on fiverr for 30 days exactly today, i have 11 sales completed and done and im not a level 1 seller yet so i was wondering if i have to be active like in my total online time for 30 days or just been on Fiverr for 30 days? i have 100% positiv rating please let me know and thanks!

Wait at least 32 days. And then contact customer service.



Also remember, the 10 orders need to be completed (that is “earned” …3 days past delivery or immediately upon feedback)
