Buyer cheated me!

Hello Everyones!

Anyone tell me hows i solve this problem, before my gig coming on the first page then yesterday a customer cheated with me and while today I am looking at my gig I can’t see, and my order completion rate come to down and I have also complained against buyer then fiverr is saying that we will return the rating in 8 to 10 business days,

My 3 Gigs are on the first page but now i cant see please help

yes, they trying to down my rating
