cancel an order without affecting rating

Hi Is there any way to cancel an order without affecting rating.

My Story,
I had a client who kept asking me to do new things that were not in the original scope. The client was really rude even when i tried to stretch to the demands. Eventually i had enough and cancelled the order. At that point i doubt o even cared about the rating. Now he is back and keeps placing orders and inboxing whether we can work on whatsapp.

Were I you, I would block the buyer (if I haven’t already) and contact customer support to ask for a solution. Hope your problem gets solved.
