Fiverr does not permit duplicate gigs. It does, however, permit variations of services. Without knowing more about what kind of gig you’re considering, I can’t give further advice. (Based on your profile, though: Your gigs might indeed be too similar. My rule of thumb for this is: if you can swap images/description/packages between the gigs in question, and they still make sense, they’re too alike.)
