Gig video has audio sync issues

Just posted a new gig and the audio isn’t in sync https://www.fiverr.com/kenwalker/build-your-vsl-video-sales-letter

The video I uploaded is perfect but after Fiverr does it’s thing, something has gotten wacked.

The support/help system is totally worthless in this situation because none of the dropdowns have anything to do with a problem like this. Has anyone experienced this? Did you find a resolution?

I’m not sure if this particular issue is documented, but overall, yes, Fiverr is known to have issues with audio/video/images. As for a solution, I’m not sure. A search in the “Bugs” category for ‘audio’ comes back with mostly distortion being mentioned.
