Cancellation

My gig was purchased but it turns out that the requirements of the buyer are too technical for me. I am not able to do the job. He understands and is willing to cancel the project without giving me a bad review. How is a project cancelled and which party (buyer or seller) does this?

Both seller or buyer could perform mutual cancelation at the RESOLUTION CENTER. Hope this help.
