NOT getting response after dispute and cancellation of Order

Hey I am new at Fiverr. I got 4.7 rating in my first 2 projects but in 3rd project the buyer turned out to be real jerk as I completed my work in WordPress he removed my administration right he created the dispute and said to refund all the amount other wise he will give very poor rating as I didn’t wanted to spoil the ratings at this initial stage I accepted his dispute… But now I am unable to attract new buyer to chat (I got three mature order after offering about 20 offers … But i didn’t got a single message after offering more than 40 offers after this dispute). Is it because of 67% order completion or Is there something wrong at any other area. Please Guide
