Does Withdraw from a modifying order request may be considered as cancellation?

Hi all I have a query, I was working on an order, buyers ask me some aditional work for which I modified the order through resolution center. But due to non availabilty of funs buyer could not accept that request and he separately placed the order. But the request is still pending in resolution center. Does it will leads to cancelation of order?
