Be careful on incomplete “Buyer Requests”. Some buyers are not providing details on “Buyer Requests” description. After showing interest they are placing order without discussion. Then after long time before deadline they are sending additional requirement. So, Stay far from such Buyer and only show you interest with complete request not incomplete “Buyer Requests”.
