Old account vs New account ! Which is better?

Hi, I open my account Mar 2015. From that time I am not active in my account. Now last 1 month I am active here, create new gigs, customize my profile. But no response from any clients.
So I want to Deactive my account and Open a new one. Please suggest me what can I do now?
