Help i'm a bit confused

So I noticed that the minimum age you need to be to start selling is 13, I’m 16 however, when I tried to apply for a bank transfer with Payoneer, the site that I got linked to when trying to set up getting paid on your site, my application was denied saying I need to be 18+ to have a Payoneer account, what am i meant to do now? is there a website that I have to use to get payed?
