Level 2 or Level 1 again

So last 15, I lost my level 1 status due to low order completion rate. But now its 26 and I had even completed level 2 requirements. ( It was 1700$ already on 15th btw )

Will I now get level 2 directly on 15 or level 1 first?

You can only move up the levels one at a time.
