How do I issue a refund?

Greetings!



I’ve had great success so far with my sales. However recently I had a buyer place an order without discussing it with me. I told him I would be happy to do gig, but I was really busy so it might take me a few days to deliver. I have 7 days to complete my gigs. He then said to cancel and he would find someone else. How do I issue a refund?

I can’t believe how user-unfriendly the Fiverr Support is. I cannot find answers to simple questions… I as a buyer want to know how to cancel a transaction. That should be simple and I cannot find it. Please help.
