Can we see buyers request?

Hello All,
I need to help someone who is longer and know well those platform as a seller.
I work out how to do advertisement gigs about service but I have a problem with reach clients. Could that I did something wrong. I am getting clients from another source.
This platform looks like it is some problem.
Look like I cannot send buyer message either.
Do someone has a similar issue for start?
