How can I request reopening of the order?

I ordered work on Dec 3. The seller was to deliver in 4 days (Dec 7). He delivered on the 6th. I responded on 8th. Got no acknowledgement from system. Email on 9th morning confirms order closed without my first response. How can I request reopening of the order? Please help.
