Order completion rate reduce automatically

I was demoted last evaluation (september) becouse of law order completion rate ( at that time It was 87% appr.) .Then I got two orders and I completed without making any triuble.but my completion rate %reducing day by day without any active orders. Now my rate is 67% ,yesterday It was 69%. How can I resolve this? please help?

It will be betterto contact with support team.
And my opinion is take extra time to delivery like take 5 days but submit your work Within 2 days.i will help you completerate reduce

I am also facing. Automatic order completion rate reduction.

Everytime order completed the rate gets increased. But after sometime its get reduced.
