I am a new seller at fiverr.com. Already I completed 2 orders. Now I’ll withdraw money by PayPal, but I’m not seeing PayPal add in billing.

You’ll be able to add your PayPal details when you’ve got funds available to withdraw, so 14 days of pending after the gigs are marked as complete. 🙂

When your pending funds is cleared, it becomes active. For now, wait for 14 days .
