I want to change the name of my Payoneer Account

Hi
I want to change my previous Payoneer account name. My name is Md. Tanvir Ahamed Shamim in my National Id card. But my payoneer account name is only Tanvir Ahamed . I put it mistakenly. Before got my national Id. My account already connect with Fiverr.
is that possible to change?
please tell me if you know about it.
