Is there any effect on adding a video to a graphic designing gig?

I recently created a gig exclusively for “Premium Trifold Brochures” and added a short video which was created using adobe spark since I’m not familiar with advance video editing software.

But so far it is not performing as expected and got no real clicks, impressions or any orders at all. I did social media promotion mainly through twitter and even added gig images with mockups.

I wanna know is it wise to create a video for graphic designing gigs or should I leave it only with gig images.
