Is first page rank gig drop down when you edit it?

I am just asking is that real that when you edit your rank gig you will drop down. Ans required

Any edit made to a gig will result in a temporary pause from search before it’s reviewed by Fiverr’s editorial team.

By no means does it mean that your gig will lose ranking. If however you change much of the wording, gig placement can be altered depending on the new content added.
