Fiverr revenue card issue has to be solved

Hi everyone please help.I tried to put the code almost 2 mnths earlier to connect fiverr with payoneer.I took some time in putting in the verification code.Now after that time since two months I want to get the revenue but I only get this msg that you cannot connect.you can see the screenshot attached above.please help

I have face this problem some days before… Contact Fiverr CS, they helped a lot to get this issue resolved… Plz make sure that your phone number is connected to the network and also delete the browser cache and cookies and also try in the google chrome incognito mode… Hope this will help you…
