I cant link my card

Hi, I want to withdraw on fiverr but after I click fiverr revenue card it shows me my number and says a code will be sent to that number I waited for some minutes I did not saw any code then I quieted it after some minutes again the code enter on my phone but am not on the revenue page again. so since then if I click fiverr revenue tap it says network error now I cant link my card. what is the step to take now?
