Suggestion: Make it possible to add 'notes' on a client level

I know it’s possible to add notes on an ‘order’ level (i.e. they apply to a particular order), but I feel it would be really useful if it were possible to apply notes on a ‘client’ level (so we could look back at the all notes we’ve made about that particular client).

So for example, by way of a simple CRM system, you could keep notes about whether a particular client likes to be called by their first name, whether they prefer a certain file format, any particular workflow notes for that client, any issues we’ve experienced with that client in the past, and things like that.

I’m sure those of us that like to treat each client as individually as we can, in order to make that client feel valued, would fine this very useful.

Plus, it’s known to increase sales!
