What has changed on fiverr in the month of September 2017

Hi,
I am noticing some changes and introduction of new features on fiverr, one of which is “the available now” tool.
Recently in the last month I have also noticed a change in how search results are displayed for all categories, I noticed that most gigs ranked at the top are not beginning from the usual 5$ price.

Please I need some information of what has really changed in fiverr ranking system in the past 60 days and how does it affect all gigs.
