Buyer needs help

I accepted what the seller sent me as a completed logo. But have not received any useable files that i requested. What is the process after the work is completed?

1. Custom logo similar to the jpeg file we attached.
2. The source file
   3.Vector File
   4.High Res.
   5.File must be ready to be used on Amazon Merch
   6.Must have a transparent background for Amazon merch and must be 300dpi.

I have contacted the seller she says she will deliver,soon. I’m hoping.
