E-Mail Notifications?

Why is it that whenever I receive an e-mail from someone on Fiverr I get no notification in my registered e-mail address inbox? I missed out on possibly my first sale because of this! I e-mailed Fiverr support in the past about this and their reply was “we will look into this” like it was some special request and not a basic functionality.

Maybe the notification emails are going to your spam or junk folder? Have you checked that? Aside from that, I can’t figure why that would be happening. I’ve had no problems with my Gmail address.
