Is it possible to change the 5 star review into 3/2 star

If the Buyer leave 5 star review.
Then is it possible to change it into 3/2 star ??

Only if you initiate it (which I assume you wouldn’t want to do!).

Buyers can no longer change feedbacks by themselves.

The buyer cannot change the review unless you ask the buyer yourself to change it.

OR if the buyer asks CS to do it and CS deems it appropriate to do it. I’ve heard of a case where the buyer asked for a review change from CS, and they got it…

My one of the buyer already left a 5 star review for a work, now he wants additional work without paying anything, but now he gives me a threat, if i dont do this, he will change the review into 1 star and submit a report to fiverr against me …

Now, what can i do , please suggest me…

Well, you can report him to Fiverr CS for threatening you - that would be the first thing I’d do actually.

He cannot change the existing review, without help from CS as @woofy31 said.
