How can i improve my gigs and get some orders?

I need somebody to give some tips about my gigs!I have good stat on them, but nobody orders…

I was seeking through the forum and found,that i can bid on projects! But everybody says, that i must have a button in my sellings and i dont have!
Help me pls!

No offence, but i think, that putting 4 words on a blue background is more lazy, than me XD And if I’m creative and not doing the same thing, as everyone do - its eye catching
