************ refused to finish my order

It doesn’t seem right to me that this seller, *************, refused to finish my order and filed a dispute. What was I going to do–force her to finish? So I accepted her refusal and requested a refund.

No refund. Fiverr is holding my cash! So, feeling forced to do so, I ordered a new gig that cost much less than ******** charged. Can I get a refund of the remainder? I did not intent to let Fiverr have my money when i purchased a gig from a seller.

Also, I was not allowed to post feedback for ********** even though she did not do what she said she would and then just refused to do the work.

I’ve been using Fiverr for over five years, but it ends here unless this gets resolved. I want my money back and I want to tell the community what *************** did.

The only thing you can do when it comes to money, funds etc. is to ask customer services - good luck! 🙂
