How do you create custom buyer instructions?

Hello! I just created my first gig and was surprised the system did not give me the option to create custom buyer instructions. I was asked to specify items/information required for the gig but was not given the option to say hello, thanks for your order, or any other custom verbiage. Is this an option give to higher level sellers? I was hoping to give a more personal touch.
