  1. The only option you have is to contact the Fiverr Support and Help Centre. It takes only a few hours to solve this.
  2. Did you got 5 star ratings for the 2 orders? Literally fiverr prioritize Buyers satisfaction and you need to do great work, completed more orders (probably 5-10) to get more 5 stars and it will increase.

Have you considered that Fiverr thinks that what you’re doing is enough for just X success score and if you don’t change anything you’re going to be stuck at this score forever or even go down while your competitors adapt? Have you tried to change something and see if your score will change too? The chat is monitored by AI… use that and communicate a little better, add more details, great and thank customers and try to avoid situations where the customer reaches out to ask how’s the project going. Also let’s say that you have a 5day delivery, but you finish the project in 3 days… deliver it and slowly it will boost your delivery time to Very positive impact. I charge extra fee only for 24h guaranteed delivery. I was stuck just like you at the start thinking I’m getting only 5* reviews, brilliant reviews and happy customers why isn’t my score changing?-Because I wasn’t changing.

  6. I am pretty sure this new rating system of giving sellers a success score of less than 5 with no way of knowing what was wrong and why people were not happy was Fiverr's way of kicking them out of the platform.
  7. From the "menu", click on your profile image and click "become a seller" from the drop-down. Become a seller then read through the rules that will be displayed and click "Continue" to where you will set up your profile. After setting up your profile, you will be directed to create your first gig. If you don't get it and need some help, I would love to assist absolutely for free.
  8. I am unsure if this is news to anyone else but when asking about an order cancelation I got the wonderful message: "Please note that the success score remains fairly stable over time. Each Gig’s history is examined to determine an individual score, relative to other freelancers in the same category and price benchmark." Yeah... they tried to back track after that with "Let's look at things from a brighter perspective." I am starting to really lost interest in fiverr.
  9. Asking for a good review is against the rules, however, asking/reminding your buyer to leave a review is okay. You cannot ask for a specific type of review. Please read the Terms of Service and Community Standards as soon as possible. Both of these will help you to avoid breaking any rules and consequences following that.
