Open request and question!
I have since sometime back this idea that we need to open up the job market and start looking at Swapping jobs.
With this I mean change job with someone else, why? Well I think there is a lot of protection in the job market, people want to change jobs but stay put bcs they can't find the right match. By offering this, in the beginning, anonymous job match making service, we will increase the job rotation, more jobs will get available etc.
I have this swapjob.se for you all to start with, this is Beta!!! and now I want help to get this forward:
1. Need for further development effort
2. Need for marketing plan
3. I am open for any suggestions on doing this toghether, maybe this should just be a open service for any/everyone.
4. Any ideas are welcome.
